"Sleeping with my new found mass"
Q: so in the last 6 months I'll go ahead and say I put on 20 lbs of mostly muscle mass seeing as how my bodyfat is just around the 7%-9% area. Anyway's, EVERY morning I wake up and I got that stinging/burning/prickling sensation from my shoulders down to my wrist cause my body totally shuts off the circulation in my arms. yes I've tried sleeping different ways but that's just how I wake up. never had this problem when I was a narrower slimmer 165 ha ha. I personally can't fathom how someone like Markus Ruhl sleeps. Must sleep like a flipping two by four. anyways just thought I'd share. it sucks ass.
-Ya, ill get that too when I wake up sometimes. If it really happens with such frequency I might consider getting it checked out, you might have a compressed nerve. I used to wake up with my one leg numb a lot, until I got it deep tissue massaged for a couple weeks in a row. Might help, I know it did for me.
-Probably a pinched nerve in the shoulder complex.
-happens to me 4 out of 7 days, arm is all tingly waking up. While you're laying on your back, just reach up toward the ceiling, turn your arm/wrist like you're turning a doorknob and it help a lot more quickly. Or massage it and it helps.
-My arms used to go numb a lot when I sleep on my side... so I bought a new bed. Plush for me all the way now...no more firm mattresses + no more problems
-time to cut?
-It is actually. In June I start my cut for my first bodybuilding competition in August. I don't have a ton of weight to lose since I'm already at 7 or so percent bodyfat

"How do pro bodybuilders not have acne?"
Q: A lot of people breakout whenever they take something to get a mild boost in natural test, and yet, some of the guys at the Olympia may be taking a full gram of test a week, and yet I see no pimples. Some BB's have scarring like they had it as teenagers, but I see no adult acne on stage. I would doubt that any of them would take accutane and dry their joints out.
-They tan, and go to doctors for skin treatment. They probably use a host of antibiotics aswell, and have probably have the best PCT planned out. and Plus, they've probably been on roids for years and have gotten some kind of immunity from some of the side effects.
-I don't use test but when I get a zit or two from a test booster I tan without any lotion and it clears it up FAST!
-if you visit sites that sell anabolics, they typically sell acutane and other skin medications. At least a few of the sites i know of. So i could only assume the pros use similar meds.
-I think the more they stay on, the less likely it is to happen. Most bad acne comes during PCT. If pros are blasting/cruising, less likely to have hormonal fluctuations. Accutane and topical retinoids are almost a must. Laser treatment for scaring due to cystic/nodular acne.
-Having been on a super high TRT (300-400mg/wk) dose for a while (not anymore, now a normal doctor supervised dose of 150/wk) I can say the the acne came at the beginning, and then more or less disappeared by itself over time. I've done short term blasts at really ludicrous test levels during the time of high TRT dosing and it didn't cause any additional acne
-Having money has nothing to do with getting acne. 1000mg of paleolithic acid a day with a couple cups of dokudami tea will clear/prevent it in a month or two. Plus taking 2 showers a day. You don't need high end dermatologists.
-The thing about Accutane is that it can dry joints. I doubt that these guys are taking something to dry their joints. Do you mean pantothenic acid? Ill try the tea by the way. Ive heard that even though B5 powder is supposed to be so safe, a lot of people do get sides, and their is a reason most people don't stay on it indefinately. By the way, I do agree with the whole hormonal fluctuation thing. I took DAA and had a crazy breakout AFTER the fact.
-Honestly, it's all about low dose accutane. 20mg or 10mg ed. Those huge doses will dry joints. But the low doses work, especially if you start it right before you expect acne to start, and it has little sides at all at that dose.
-just don't get a tattoo while you are on it, it will scar up fairly badly.
-Some people do. It comes down to genetics.
-I never thought it was high levels of hormones that played the KEY role in acne formation. I always thought that fluctuations in hormone levels would lead to the most acne. Hence, PCT is acne central for a lot of guys (I barely get any acne ever but have very high natty T levels, and even on PCT I might get one or 2 bumps).
-Haha, thanks to this thread I now think professional bodybuilding is even lamer than before! Pro bodybuilding = science projects! At least pro bodybuilders back in the 50s, 60s and 70s had asthetic physiques. Even some of the more massive ones. Pro bodybuilding competitions are almost like freak shows. It's pretty bad when even the pros from back in the day say the same thing.

Viagra/Cialis/Caverjet + posers

I have to say I have this fantasy of how I'm one of the backstage workers who works the Mr. Olympia and the top NPC shows and I get to oil and tan the competitors down but my real fantasy has me slipping Viagra/Cialis into all the drinking water backstage that the competitors unknowingly drink from and then somehow (this is a fantasy guys!) I get a hold of all the competitor's posing trunks and secretly with a little snip of my scissors make little cuts into the side straps not even noticeable, but what happens is on stage, the men get boned up and one after the other, the straps snap and we have the men nude erect and embarrassed covering themselves off as cameras go off and video cameras capture the erotic display for all time posterity! LOL! you would think by now somewhere at some pro or NPC show that these tiny posers would have snapped off by now on stage! I guess those little side straps on these posers while only what 1/4 of an inch or even thinner are pretty damn strong!
One problem with that scenario: Viagra etc work AFTER you get the erotic thought. Yes, it is a turn on for some to be up there on the stage, but you're thinking about your posing, not getting pussy/ass/dick. You want a mass of hardons? Inject them with Caverjet while applying the Pro Tan.
or maybe this Caverjet ( which I've never heard of?) in my fantasy I would diabolically mixed it in with the Protan without their knowledge! oh what a kinky fantasy/story that would be!
Don't you think that the competitor might just notice that the guy putting on the tanning solution has just stuck the competitor's dick with a needle? Because that's where the Caverjet needles are stuck, isn't it?
the only thing "wrong" in my fantasy is that in reality when I watch my many, many Repetrope DVD's of the pump room action at these NPC shows, it's all women putting on the oil and the tanning stuff on the guys! back in the day during for instance the terry photos videos and the muscle video journal videos of competitions, you never saw any women doing this, or women backstage for that matter, it was the guys doing it themselves or having a fellow competitor helping them put on the oil and tanning stuff!
It must be tough for the straight guys to have a woman rubbing her hands all over his body. It's a wonder they all don't walk on-stage with raging hard-ons, isn't it? We need to have men like us "helping" out the competitors so they don't embarrass themselves by sportin' woodies (unless the competitor is gay, in which case he would need an ugly woman helping him....).
Has anyone actually seen a true boner on a bodybuilder in the gym or posing on stage? I mean a full erection where it is completely obvious and the guy is either proud or nervous?
unfortunately, no at least for me dude, some impressive swelling and some bulges due to the "cut" of the tiny posing suit, but no obvious standing at attention rock hard tenting out boner of any guy at a bodybuilding competition.
