"The one thing people have to get over is the stigma of using steroids. People are so closed minded to realize that steroids only affects the individuals taking it. It has no impact towards others nor does it affect the individual negatively in a way that affects others. Additionally, I am a believer of controlled usage. In one of his previous videos, Rich emphasizes the importance of using anything with control. Patients at hospitals use steroids in a controlled manner, no different than bodybuilders who are smart about, so why criticize them? If there were no stigma attached to steroid usage, we would have more experienced bodybuilders just like Rich himself, come out and teach people on the proper way of usage. "
